Van Halen - Is It Live Or Memorex?

Can't say this is what I was expecting after waiting fifteen plus years for a new David Lee Roth/Van Halen song, but I'm holding out hope for this album, which drops in February. Obviously Roth's voice isn't going to be the same as it was some 25+ years ago, and this new song to me sounds like a Roth solo effort, but I'll take it, given the overwhelming amount of mediocre music that's out there these days.
